Granite City Group Fitness is offering a FREE hour of yoga in the park the morning of the festival from 8-9. Join April Farnham for a relaxing gentle flow where beginners as well as seasoned yogis can practice with intention, breath and grace and leave feeling renewed and refreshed. No registration required, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one, some will be provided.
